Project Description

Delivered on a 1-2-1 basis, Emotional Intelligence Coaching enables individuals to work on and improve the specific areas of their Emotional Intelligence that they wish to develop. The coaching is conducted over several sessions and focuses on achieving and completing agreed actions and goals. Working with a qualified EQ Coach can provide motivation, accountability and the support and experience that will enable the individual to successfully develop.

According to the Institute of Coaching, “Coaching in organisation and leadership settings is also an invaluable tool for developing people across a wide range of needs. The benefits of coaching are many; 80% of people who receive coaching report increased self-confidence, and over 70% benefit from improved work performance, relationships, and more effective communication skills. 86% of companies report that they recouped their investment on coaching and more.”
